November is one of my favorite times of the year. The holidays are approaching, families are gathering, and we’re reminded to slow down and appreciate the many blessings in our lives.
As an insurance agent, I spend much of my day talking about things that can go wrong. Fires, accidents, lawsuits, and unexpected losses. Sounds like a fun job, doesn’t it?
But after spending so many years in this business, I’ve learned that while insurance is what we sell, relationships are what truly matter.
I’m incredibly thankful for my family, our dedicated team, the customers who have trusted us over the years, and the wonderful community we’re fortunate enough to call home.
One of the greatest blessings of living in the Temecula Valley is witnessing the generosity of others. Our local nonprofits, volunteers, and community organizations make an incredible difference, often without receiving the recognition they deserve.
Through my involvement with Rotary, I’ve witnessed that generosity firsthand. Each year, our Rotary volunteers help deliver food to over 300 families during the holiday season. Behind each of those deliveries is a family, a story, and an opportunity to make someone’s holiday a little brighter. We may never know the challenges they’re facing, but we can certainly remind them that their community cares.
And here’s where you can help! Our insurance agency is accepting canned food donations through November 19th. Donations can be dropped off at Craig Davis Family Insurance, 27625 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 100, Temecula. Every donation, large or small, helps make a difference.
As we approach Thanksgiving and Christmas, I encourage everyone to support a local nonprofit, volunteer a few hours, or simply reach out to someone who might need a helping hand. You don’t have to write a big check to make a big difference. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness leave the greatest impressions.
At the end of the day, success isn’t measured by the number of policies we’ve written. It’s measured by the relationships we’ve built, the people we’ve helped, and the difference we’ve made along the way.
From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!
